    Chili Cook Off    

       will be held on
Saturday June 7, 2008

    

Thanks to all for a great success last year,
we raised $2650.00 for Irving Cares!! 

Registration on-site begins @ 9am.  Please pre- register by mail if possible by May 24, 2008. First 6 people to pre-register will be put in a drawing for a special gift.

People's choice chili tasting & judging will be held from 11 - 1. A $2. tasting cup and ballot may be purchased by visitors to vote for their favorite chili.

CASI chili cook off turn in time will be @ 2pm.  For rules go to  www.chili.org

 A  $100. Walmart gift card will be awarded to first place CASI in addition to the trophies that will be given to 1st thru 10th place.

A novice chili cook off will also be held. $100. for the 1st place winner is being sponsored by Men's Biker Bible Study.

There will be a  bean cook off with turn in time being at noon.  $100. cash will be awarded to first place. Jackpot cash will be awarded to 2nd and 3rd place. You must be registered to cook chili to register to enter beans.

The showmanship contest will take place between noon and 1pm. Trophies will be awarded to 1st thru 3rd place.

Vendor booth opportunities are available for a $20. donation for a 10x10 space. We are looking for vendors that would be appropriate for our group.
